Vendor Agreement – Terms and Conditions

The Vendor understands the term of this agreement is “at will” for both parties.
The Vendor will remain an “Independent Contractor” during and throughout the work association. The Vendor is to maintain Appraisal License and Insurance.
Services rendered by the Vendor will include but not be limited to: Inspections of assigned properties, appraisals of properties, completion of professional reports and the submission of reports by the appropriate deadline date.
The Vendor will remain available to the Gold State Appraisal Group for discussion, assessment and agreement for all assigned projects.
Appraiser shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gold State Appraisal Group, Inc. (AMC) from and against any and all claims or legal actions which arise out of or relate to the following: (a) any negligent act or omission or willful misconduct by appraiser: or (b) any breach in a representation, covenant or obligation of appraiser contained in this agreement.
